Fabulous location, reasonable prices. The only room available when we booked was a side-facing one, but when we got there we were able to change to a sea facing room, and it was well worth the slight increase in price. The food was good though a trifle on the expensive side, but the special offer for two courses made the prices much more reasonable.
The decor could do with some modernisation.

Great way to end our weekend. Spotlessly clean venue with savoury and sensational breakfasts and sea views. Plenty of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Helpful staff, very good service, cheap and recently renovated rooms.

super location to a pub in the village where we could get exactly what we wanted, all was great. liked the way our guest room was arranged with huge tv screen and a poorly fitted bathroom, for instance.

Dated decor that desperately needs a refresh!!! Limited parking causing inconvenience!!! Odd bathroom design choices leading to frustrating experiences!!! Noise disturbances disrupting peace during the night!!! Inconsistent water temperature affecting comfort!!!

Location, Location, Location!!!
The executive room that we booked was very small and the bathroom was smallest hotel bathroom that I have ever experienced. The shower wasn't the best, so we used the bath. The view from the room more than compensated for these things.

We had an executive room at the front of the Hotel, which had a stunning view of the coast and sea. The Hotel has well kept gardens and is located near to the coastal walk. As a privately owned Hotel it had a friendly feel to it, with good food in the evening and an enjoyable fresh English breakfast. We stayed for two nights and loved it.
The bathroom was disproportionately small compared to the room. We couldn`t get a mobile phone signal - but that was a bonus!

Excellent location over a cliff overlooking the sea and rocky terrain. Got an upgrade to Junior Suite which is highly recommended especially for couples with toddler kids, it is spacious with huge sea view windows. Breakfast room is very good as well. Lizard village is a short walk from the hotel to get fish and chips, cornish pasties and the local village pub which is great for families as well.
Nothing much to complain about, bathroom could be bigger thats all.

The room had fine sea views and was clean, but the shower pressure was a letdown, just barely trickling out. Comfy, but could use some updates for better amenities.

Very nice hotel with impressive views!!! Perfect for coast-walks, relax and good food!!
The TV and WI-FI didn't work while we were there... a little bit annoying in such a quiet place... But many other things to do, indeed!

The location is unbeatable with fine views. We explored the coastal path right by the garden and took a trip to Kynance Cove. The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast. Highly recommend for a group getaway!
The shower in our room was a letdown, barely a trickle of water, frustrating.
